For a clean handover
In Germany the flat is inspected at the handover (Wohnungsübergabe). If your landlord objects to anything from the booked service, we come back within 7 days free of charge – as long as the flat stays empty and unchanged after our cleaning.

Paying tax in Germany? Private households get 20 % of the cost back from their income tax (§35a EStG, up to €4,000 a year, if paid by card or bank transfer). Your invoice carries the note the tax office needs.

What happens if my landlord is not satisfied?+
If your landlord objects to anything that was part of the booked cleaning, we come back within 7 days and fix it free of charge. Conditions: the flat stays empty and unchanged after our cleaning, and you contact us within 7 days of the appointment.
Does the flat need to be empty?+
Ideally yes. Furniture and boxes cover the areas that need cleaning, and the handover guarantee only applies to an empty flat.
How is the price calculated?+
By the size of the flat and the extras you choose. The booking form shows the price before you book.
Can I book at short notice?+
Available dates are shown in the booking form. If your handover is very soon and nothing fits, call us – sometimes there is a way.
