Which areas do you cover?+
All of Hamburg plus Norderstedt, Pinneberg, Wedel, Ahrensburg, Reinbek, Schenefeld, Quickborn, Barsbüttel and Seevetal. The booking form checks your postcode.
Do I need to be at home during the cleaning?+
No. Many customers leave a key or let us in and head to work. Just tell us how we get in when you book.
Do I need to provide cleaning products?+
Usually not. We bring the products and equipment needed for the agreed cleaning, unless agreed otherwise.
How do I pay?+
On site after the cleaning, or online by card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The invoice comes as a PDF by email.
Can I get money back from the tax office?+
If you pay income tax in Germany: yes. Private households get 20 % of the cost back (§35a EStG, up to €4,000 a year, if paid by card or bank transfer). Your invoice carries the note the tax office needs.
